Terms and Conditions
- General
- By placing an order, you declare that you are the person named on the credit card or have been given permission to use it. If we believe an order is fraudulent or has been sent in bad faith, we may release your details to the appropriate authorities to take appropriate action. All IP addresses are logged. We reserve the right to reject any card message which contains profane or insulting language.
- Cancellations
- Should you give us sufficient prior notice of the cancellation of an order, we will credit your account fully, less a $10 administration fee. Unfortunately no refund can be made after the flowers have been dispatched.
Once an order has been executed we may not be able to make alterations to the order details especially on flowers variation. Please ensure all details and messages are accurate at the time of placing your order. Over busy periods such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day we will not be able to alter messages. - Flowers and Hampers
- While we aim to match the arrangements pictured on this site to your order, this is not always possible due to seasonal factors and availability of materials and containers. Availability of boxes and containers may vary but whatever is substituted will be of equal or greater value. Therefore our pictures should be used as a guide only. The photos usually depict the medium price point for each arrangement. The number and type of flowers or food products in your arrangement will often vary from that shown in the photo as the cost and availability of flowers and food products varies during the year. If our florists need to substitute flowers they will use flowers of equal or greater value to those shown. Photos show flowers in full bloom however we try to send flowers which are still in bud as these are the freshest available and will last the longest.
Vases are not included with flowers unless specifically stated. All prices shown are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Blooms reserves the right to withdraw any promotions whenever it sees fit. Blooms has the right to change the price of any product viewed on this website without notice. It is the customers responsibility to check the status of an account to view it's progress. ie card validation. Extra items can only be ordered if accompanied by flowers. Extra items include chocolates, alcohol, teddy's, balloons and other non floral products. Blooms reserves the right to alter delivery time and day if a situation arises that is beyond our control. We will endeavour to deliver your floral arrangement in a timely manner and on the day specified. - Credit Card Details & Security
- We use Paypal and ANZ Bank as our solutions partners. All the security feature provided by PayPal will give you high security feature on your credit card and payment information. This ensures that your credit card details are never seen by Blooms. Your card number is encrypted and sent directly to the bank which must your purchase and inform Blooms of purchase confirmation. This procedure can take a few moments and that is why we ask you to be patient and not press "enter" again while the transaction is taking place.
Credit card details are not stored by our server at any time. Each time a purchase is made the credit card number must be re-entered. All transactions taking part within this site undergo an encryption algorithm to ensure the security of information being parsed.
Blooms will collect as minimal as possible personal information to help it carry out its business functions or activities. Blooms only collect individual personal information from that individual in a lawful, fair, non-intrusive and secure way. Blooms will use individuals personal information to contact, identify and do other business activities with that individual only. Blooms will not disclose this personal information to any third party. Images on this website are only an indication. - Deliveries
- We undertake to deliver your order to the address you have given us. We cannot accept responsibility if you have given us a wrong or incomplete delivery address or if our courier cannot gain access to the address given or if the intended recipient is not at the given address when our courier calls. To minimize delivery problems we may need to contact the recipient. If you DO NOT want us to contact the recipient you must advise us. If we cannot deliver and unless you have advised us otherwise, our couriers will try to leave the flowers in a safe spot or if this is not possible they will return the flowers to the shop and the recipient will be asked to collected from our outlet. We may have to charge another delivery fee if you require a second delivery if the address is not local.
