quality of the add on products that we provide on our website. Should you not be happy with
the quality of flowers or gift received, we kindly ask that you contact us at (03) 98772308 or
email us at email@example.com.A photograph of the flowers or gift is requested in
order for us to review the quality issue. Please contact us within 48 hours after the delivery.
We shall respond to your complaint within 24 hours.
In the case of a non-delivery, please contact us as soon as possible or within 10 days of the
delivery date in your order. We shall look into the order and provide you with the refund or
redelivery of the flower if you choose .
Refunds, either partial or fully, are processed within 24 to 48 hours once the issues have
been resolved . Funds are returned to the original method of payment, either by credit card
or Paypal without any cancellation fees.
